1、 Basic information

The national-level post-doctoral scientific research workstation of electrode materials is located in Kunming, which is spring all the year round and has beautiful scenery. It is located in the Kunming National Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone. It is surrounded by mountains and rivers with beautiful scenery! As the only electrode material engineering and technology research center of China's nonferrous metal industry and Yunnan metallurgical electrode material engineering and technology research center in the field of hydrometallurgy, the center is mainly engaged in the research of advanced materials, processes, mechanisms, and application technologies such as hydrometallurgical electrode materials, energy storage electrode materials, and surface-interface materials, and has the ability to produce high-performance materials in small batches and research and develop difficult important parts, It undertakes national key scientific research projects and research and development projects of dual-use technologies.

Kunming University of Science and Technology and Kunming Polytechnic Hengda Science and Technology Co., Ltd. formally established a post-doctoral scientific research workstation for electrode materials in the first-level discipline of metallurgical engineering in 2013 with the integrated mechanism of production, study and research. The station has excellent scientific research conditions and good living environment. In order to carry out the work as soon as possible after the entry of postdoctoral students, 200000 yuan of scientific research start-up fee was allocated to each person. Post-doctors enjoy the same benefits as those of the post-doctoral fellows of Kunming University of Technology during their stay at the station, and also enjoy an additional incentive subsidy of 100000 to 200000 yuan from Kunming University of Technology Hengda Technology Co., Ltd.

2、 It is planned to recruit postdoctoral students in the following research directions in 2019

(1) Energy storage material preparation technology (1 person)

(2) Extrusion cladding technology and simulation calculation (1 person)

(3) Battery electrochemical technology (1 person)

(4) Numerical simulation and electric field distribution calculation simulation (1 person)

(5) First-principles calculation simulation of alloy elements (1 person)

3、 Conditions and treatment of postdoctoral personnel to be recruited

1. He has received or will soon receive a doctor's degree, and is in good health. He is no more than 40 years old.

2. Have academic background, scientific research experience or relevant work experience related to the research direction; Has a solid theoretical, academic and research foundation, and has made significant scientific research achievements in relevant research fields; Good communication and cooperation ability.

3. Have a broad academic and policy vision, strong ability to summarize, analyze and solve problems, and strong ability to express in Chinese and English.

4. Meet other requirements of the National Postdoctoral Management Committee and Kunming University of Science and Technology for postdoctoral admission.

5. In addition to enjoying the post-doctoral treatment stipulated by the state and Kunming University of Technology, Kunming Polytechnic Hengda Science and Technology Co., Ltd. will give a reward subsidy of 100000 to 200000 yuan per year.
